What to Expect
Duration: 3 Days, 2 Nights
Location: Sullivant Retreat Center
Cost: $125
Purpose: Sower is designed to help students establish a solid foundation for their time at The University of Oklahoma. It’s a time to help you find your people, find your place and find your purpose before you step foot on campus.

Worship & Teaching Sessions
Throughout the retreat, students will attend multiple main sessions, with teaching from local ministers, focused on how the gospel should shape their college careers and the rest of their lives.

Family Groups
Students will be placed into "Family Groups" led by upperclassmen where they’ll get to know other students in a smaller, more intimate setting. These groups provide the opportunity to build relationships and dive deeper into what it looks like to walk with Christ in college.

Ministry Fair
The Ministry Fair is a unique opportunity for students to connect with local churches and ministries in the Norman area. They’ll have the chance to meet ministry leaders, ask questions, and explore different ways they can plug into the local Christian community during their time at The University of Oklahoma.

Free Time
Between the sessions and activities, students will have some space for downtime to meet new people and relax.

Other Fun Activities
There will be options to play sports, participate in group competitions, join tournaments and more, to help you meet and connect with more people.
